About the event
In today’s fast-paced, mission-driven environment, the ability to build consensus is essential for fostering collaboration and achieving organizational success. This interactive, in-person workshop is designed to help nonprofit teams discover new strategies for working together effectively, developing a shared sense of purpose, and resolving conflicts in a constructive way. By focusing on team dynamics and practical skills, participants will learn how to align individual motivations with collective goals, ensuring that everyone works toward a common objective.
About our presenters:
Brenda Eaton is a retired public school educator and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in training, consulting, and coaching. She holds a Master's Degree in Education. Brenda has been a VEC consultant since 2022.
Marshall Moskow is a Human Resource professional with experience in corporate, education, and government organizations. He holds a Master's Degree in Education. Marshall joined as a VEC consultant last year.
